I concur with all other users. This version is simply not up to CCleaner’s high standard. Reverting to a previous version does not work as I am forced to install ver 7 even though it does not work. I have now uninstalled CCleaner & MAY reinstall once I have assurances that ver 7 is both stable & workable.
You may have to wait some time then. CCleaner in the mods opinion is not fit for purpose and should not have been released.
Did you try following the steps here to go back to 6.39?
