CCLeaner V7.9.1432.18147 Registered - REMOVING Ads from bottom of Screen

I have unchecked all of the boxes in Setting Privacy and am getting fed up with the constant nagging to purchase additional software which started with V7. Pleas provide way to disable this annoying feature on registered software.

Can you screenshot these ads. I’ve never seen an ad in pro, they definitely shouldn’t be there if you’ve unchecked to two “offers” in privacy (though I do note that “magically” third party sharing was rechecked in my settings, though that still doesn’t explain why I see no ads and you do.

Hi @PLCMAN,
Disabling Share App-usage data with CCleaner so we may offer you upgrades or our other products in Settings> Privacy should prevent these popups.
If you are still seeing them, please send me a screenshot showing the ad you are seeing and the option disabled so we can investigate this further.

Thanks for these screenshots @PLCMAN, I am not able to replicate this issue. When I disable Share app-usage data with CCleaner, so we may offer you upgrades of our other products, this prevents the banner from showing in Health Check.
Please go to Settings> About and let me know what version of CCleaner you are using.

I am using version 7.10.1464.1889

@PLCMAN, please follow these steps to help us investigate the issue:

  1. Download and install the CCleaner Support Tool using the link below: https://download.ccleaner.com/CCleanerSupportTool.exe
  2. Replicate the issue on your end.
  3. Run the tool to generate the logs.
  4. At the end of the process, you’ll receive a 5-digit File ID.

Please share that File ID with me so I can review the logs and investigate further.

If you have any issues, please let me know.

Here is the File ID PCSPQ

I ran the support tool a 2nd time with CCleaner Pro running. This is the File ID CZT1I

Thanks for these log files @PLCMAN, I have passed them on to the development team to review and I will folllow up with you when I have an update.

Hi @PLCMAN,
This issue should now be resolved, and if you have these options disabled, you should no longer see these messages.
If you do please reboot your PC and let me know if this fixes the issue?
