Ccleaner V7.0 won't load on Win7 system

When I try to install Version 7.0 I get error messages and I can’t open the app. The error messages are:

Any suggestions on getting it to install cleanly?

CCleaner 7 is unable to run on Windows 7.

(I believe that it’s mainly graphics related. ie. CCleaner 7 uses a newer graphics type that Win 7 is too old to run).

The last CCleaner version that will run on Win 7 is v6.39,
You can download an installer for it from the builds page where it is the 2nd down, the 'Official sunset release" for Windows 7 users:
