Ccleaner v6.37.11523- it does not clean anything

Dobrý den, už asi 2 týdny nepracuje ccleaner správně - nečistí soubory, cookie… to samé jak bylo už v roce 2004. Co s tím je? Zkoušel jsem všechno možné, ale výsledek ten samý! Ví někdo co s tím je? Franto

Hello, for about 2 weeks now, ccleaner has not been working properly - it does not clean files, cookies… the same as it was in 2004. What’s wrong with it? I’ve tried everything possible, but the result is the same! Does anyone know what’s wrong with it? Franto

…as Fox_Mulder1 recently wrote, that he has the same problem as me, so I have to say that the cleaning is blocked by the ESET antivirus (Browser Protection function), according to him it can be set up somehow, but I don’t know how to do it yet. When I removed ESET, CCleaner works! But that’s not a solution. Does anyone have experience with this, how to set it up in ESET? Fando

i think you needed to be more specific, like by saying “ccleaner isn’t removing chrome’s cookies.”

google changed something which results in chrome’s cookies not being removed.

it is possible that, some day, ccleaner will address the issue. in the meantine you can use chrome’s “clear history” to remove chrome’s cookies that are unwanted, or you can manually delete them, individually..

Řeším to s Fox_Mulder1, mám přesně ten samý problém jak on, prý to vyřešil, čekám jestli mi pošle postup jako obrázky, abych to vyzkoušel. Uvidíme…

Bohužel, nefunguje to vůbec. Tohle bude nutně na opravu. Děkuji Fox_Mulder1 za ochotu, ale u mě to nefunguje. Zajímavé, když jsem nainstaloval Avast antivir, tak bez problémů. Eset něco blokuje, a já nevím co to je, kde je chybička. Ještě vyzkouším dát antivir Bitdefender a uvidím, co to udělá, pak zase napíši sem.Škoda toho, jsem si zvykl na ccleaner.
