When using Windows 10 Home (Build 19045) Ccleaner is listing "Windows Print" in the uninstall programs list.
"Windows Print" can't be uninstalled. Also, "Windows Print" doesn't appear in normal windows uninstall locations as an app.
I've determined that if you remove the entire "Print Dialog" folder from "C:\Windows" folder and refresh the uninstall list, "Windows Print" will disappear.
There was a similar issue mentioned back in 2020 with "PrintDialog" appearing in the uninstall list:
