Please clarify.

Does this only occur when WinApp2.ini is added ?

yes it is, only white winapp2!

Just to clarify, as winapp2.ini is a user compiled add on, any issues with it can't really be described as CCleaner bugs, hence the suggestion to respond to the same question already in the winapp2.ini thread.

Apologies for curtailing your help in this one Alan, but this hopefully prevents others with similar issues raising them as CCleaner bugs. :)
