ccleaner use

Please advise how frequent we should use the ccleaner ? say everyday, or once in a week, or once in 15 days or once in a month - kindly advise!

I use the normal cleaning (file deletion) every day, personally.

as often as possible there really isn't any reason not to use ccleaner once you have it set up the way you want. i use CCleaner at least once a day or after avg updates or if i no longer need my online game saves which ever comes first.

I use CCleaner "Auto Run and Shutdown" as the last thing I do every time I use the PC.

CCleaner Auto:

The registry "Issues" I always run after uninstalling an application, but if not doing that, at least every few days.

I'm exactly the same as this.

I often run ccleaner up to 20 times a day. Just running at startup or shut down is enough for the generally user imo. There is no harm in run ning it more as said above.

When I had a 250GB internal hardisk, I was obsessed with keeping as much space as possible free and ran it probably 40-50 times a day.
