You mean that you keep CCleaner open while you use your computer? For the most part, I just use /AUTO shortcut parameters to run it whenever I feel the need. I'd recommend making a shortcut pointing to "C:\Program Files\CCleaner\CCleaner.exe" /AUTO , with the /AUTO extension at the end making CCleaner stealth run whenever you'd like it to run rather than making it stay on as you browse as an idle task, then putting the link either on your Desktop or Quick Launch bar.
