CCleaner takes hours while trying to update Software like AdobeReader, Opera or nothing!

CCleaner trys for hours to update Software under Windows 10. What can I do to improve this situation?
Iam using CCleaner Professional v6.36.11508 (64-bit)

Don’t use CCleaner to update Windows.

Windows will update itself as needed, or you can go to Windows Settings>Update and click ‘Check for updates’.

I didn’t say I use it to upate Windows, but for AdobeReader, Opera or nothing (at least that is what CCleaner says)!
