CCleaner Support

I have never understood a company that cannot assist customers. You all want to be paid so you all get to improve your software but no one wants to assist the customers. I thought updating to a beta version would fix the problem, nope. I now have to post this in the Community due to issues with your support for Android 16 QPR2 Beta2 on a Pixel 7 phone. I want my money back for the time I haven’t used.

Beta OS’ never are supported fully, as they have changes. it works perfectly fine on my stable 16 qpr1 pixel 6 pro. an update happens often for CCleaner and I’d assume by the time qpr2 goes gold CCleaner will work

have tried multiple times to get ahold of you all thru the contact form for this exact issue. I’m on android 16beta QPR2 Beta. Please help. Ticket#23784184

I have also sent the following info…My logs to you all as well as sent screenshots and video to Google Android 16 Beta feedback. I paid for a year vis Android play store and still have till end of December. Not happy at all (yes not cursing but you know what I’m saying).
