CCleaner Support Staff

I recently found a charge for the year sub. I tried to cancel but I am being ignored by support staff. I want a refund as it has been less than 30 days since the charge. I only wanted to test the trail. I want my money back. And I wont be ignored. I have seen many posts stating people having this same issue. Case #24147163

How did they get your card information?

Contact you credit card provider and do a charge back for an un-authorized charge.
