Hi. I've had to change my email address, so I emailed support to get it changed, you ignored my email.
I then sent a second email about a week after on July 19th and yet again you ignored my email. I have proof that it was sent as the auto reply back is still in my emails
So, I have a simple question. Why do support ignore emails?
This is a user forum, we don't have any idea why support ignores the mail. They previously were better (with even nonregisted users getting answered in 24 to 48 hours), this, of late, has fallen off as has the intervention of staff in the forum.
