CCleaner subscription

Dear Support!
-I don’t know why, but I have 2 active licenses for 1 user - see below. I would like to ask to delete one of them.
-My second request is to change the license fee, as I think £89.95 is too much for one year. I use CCleaner on 1 PC and on my phone. I have now disabled automatic license renewal.
Thanks for your help!
Regards,
Victor

Each one of your CCleaner Premium licences covers you for up to 5-devices, any mix of PC, Mac, and Android.
So you definitely do not need two Premium subscriptions/licences.

In fact as you only have 2 devices then both of those could be covered by one “CCleaner Professional Plus” subscri[tion/licence, that’s cheaper than Premium and covers up to 3-devices.

So a Pro Plus licence is all you need and could save you money.
However, having told you about that:
This is a user forum. We do not have access to accounts/billing here.

If you want to manage and/or cancel your subscription then there is a webpage for that here: Subscription Management
If you need to look up your Cleverbridge reference then: Customer Support Contact Page
If you need to look up your CCleaner licence key then use this tool: CCleaner.com - License Lookup

If you can’t use those, (eg can no longer access your registered email), or for anything else account/billing related, then you will need to contact support.

All customers MUST now access a ‘Live Chat’ support service.
To start raise a support ticket by using this: Contact Form.
Once you submit the form you will be given a support ticket/ID number onscreen, with a summary of your request.
Below that is the button to go straight into the ‘Live Chat’ where a virtual assistant will try to help you.
If the AI can’t help then you will be passed to a real person.

Note - We have been told that you MUST engage with the chat or you may not get a reply to your request form.

This form does not allow access . Unfortunately, there cannot access the management interface through this page. I keep trying.

It’s working here.

If you are using an Antivirus other than Windows Defender then check if your AV is blocking access to the page.

Or are you seeing that page but have a problem using it?

I already renewed my subscription two days ago, but I keep getting mails to renew. :o
