CCleaner Subscription

Hi there,

I have a question about the CCleaner subscription. In the past, I have subscribed CCleaner Professional through CCleaner store.. Starting from 2024, I found that the price of the subsciption if done through a software marketplace was much cheaper. I decided to renew my subscription through that route. However, when I contactted CCleaner Premium Support, they were using my registered email as the lead and found that I had an expired one. They refused to render supports. Sometimes, they asked me to check with the subscription processing agent: Cleverbridge. I contacted Cleverbridge, they tossed me back to CClelaner Support. What should I do? The price for the subscription through the official channel is ten times higher than what I buy it from a marketplace. Moreover, as I am more conversant with CCleaner I do not want to change to other PC utilies software. I do not think the price offered in the official CCleaner store is worth buying!

Any suggestions?

And did you not ask yourself why it was so much cheaper.?

There are plenty of people selling countereit keys, or selling a genuine key hundreds of times over.

That’s criminal activity, fraud, and such keys get invalidated.

If you have purchased any counterfeit product then you cannot expect any help or support from the genuine product manufacturer/seller.

If you want a genuine article then pay the genuine price.
