CCleaner still missing from recycle bin

Open your CCleaner program and look at the bottom of the left hand side.

Before, you used to right click on the recycle bin and Ccleaner was there

Before the latest version, 7.2, you used to have a right click option to run clean recycle bin. Where is that now?
