Can you use CCleaner on a SSD?
By all means. However I would not use Secure File Deletion, as it is not possible to overwrite file data on an SSD, and I would not use the Wipe Free Space or Wipe MFT options due to the complexities of the write process on SSD's. I'm afraid you'll have to dig into Google if you want more details.
