CCleaner removes all of my logged in cookies and identifiers for Banking sites

I have tried unchecking cookies and history (for all my browsers), selecting cookies to keep, and everything else I can think of, but no matter what I do CCleaner logs me out of everything I stay logged into and I have to verify my computer again for every site that requires it every time I run CCleaner.

All I need to do is get CCleaner to leave this information alone. any suggestions?

See the Cookies to Keep documentation here:

http://www.piriform.com/docs/ccleaner/ccleaner-settings/choosing-which-cookies-to-keep/

I have already done the things on that list. Nothing works. I'm going to go back and try again, but I don't see why it would work this time, since it didn't work before. Right now I have cookies unchecked on all my browsers, but it still deletes the ones that keep me logged in.

The settings in CCleaner "may have went bad."

It may or may not resolve the issue(s) by resetting the settings by going into:

Options > Advanced, then click Restore default settings

This will put CCleaner back into a "factory default" state as if it were never configured by you before, meaning any changes you've made will be completely lost - so you may wish to take note of what you have enabled or disabled in it.

Thanks. I'll give it a try.
