Why does CCleaner Professional keep skipping Firefox? (When Firefox is not running.) Occasionally it cleans, but not always.
This is usually caused by firefox not properly closing. Check your task manager for firefox.exe and plugin container.
Tried the task bar thing to verify Firefox was closed, it still wouldn't clean. However, I did a cold reboot of my system and then it did clean Firefox. Thanks for the input!
