In Health check programs won’t update. I submitted a help ticket but have not heard back. Is there any way to contact anyone anymore to get specific help?

I accidentally replied to the email I got, so it finally bounced back to me. I am not sure what a DM is and where to find it? I did run the troubleshooting tool I downloaded and will try to find what I saved on my computer. My email is (Email address removed by Admin). Thanks! Kim Brown

You can find your DM (Direct message) by tapping the 3 horizontal lines in the top right of the page and selecting My messages from the menu that appears.
The last support contact from the email address you provided was on 13 Oct 2025.
