I purchased a CCleaner Professional Plus subscription from you on 20.2.2025, for which I have not yet received a license key from you. I also purchased a CCleaner Premium 2-year subscription on 10.12.2024. I can retrieve the license key for CCleaner Premium via your portal, but not the license key for CCleaner Professional Plus. Both subscriptions are registered to the same e-mail address. Here is the Cleverbridge reference number {Removed by Mod} for the product CCleaner Professional Plus, which I paid for via PayPal on 20.2.2025, but for which I have not received a license key from you, which means that I have paid for the product, but I cannot use it because you have not sent me a license key. Please send me the license key immediately, as my Cleverbridge email address can also be identified by the reference number.
Please do not put references, licence keys, or any other personal information in plain view, it is liable to be stolen.

I believe that because because you used the same email address to purchase both then the way that the licencing system works your one licence key will be valid for BOTH CClener Premium and CCleaner Pro Plus.
Or to put it another way - You can now have one account, with one key, that covers multiple product licences.
Changes to the licencing system mean that a single key can now cover multiple products, not just from CCleaner but from any of the companies in the Gen Digital group.
(So you could have a CCleaner product, an Avast product, a Norton product, etc. all covered by. and all activated with, the same key).
Try using this link to the licence lookup page which should confirm which products you have purchased, when you purchased each one and when they expire, as well as what key(s) are associated with each product…
If things are still unclear from that lookup then you will need to contact support.
