CCleaner Professional Plus (Speccy, Defraggler, etc) inquiry

Greetings,

I've had CCleaner Professional Plus in a while, today I renewed my license and I got curious if I ever used the Plus feature of CCleaner Professional which is using Speccy, Defraggler, etc. But I somehow found myself now knowing where to find it. Is it within the CCleaner app or do I need to download these programs manually and input my license keys in those?
