CCleaner pro will not open on my W10 PC

CCleaner pro will not open on my W10 PC and I am not able to uninstall it so I can install it new again. What should I do??

Try going to C\Program Files\Ccleaner\uninst.exe and double clicking uninst.exe

By the way what happens when you try to uninstall it, and how are you doing it?
