Click Free Download on piriform.com, scroll down to and click on the builds link, download CC Portable.
OK thanks, but this is exactly what I did, the same page I use to visit in order to download the portable version. And I did it several times in the past. The file for version 5.13 wasn't there until today... OK, now everything is OK, It seems that someone has corrected the link.
