i am interested in buying CCleaner Professional but i would like a clarification first about the licence. Is the licence lifetime and for all the updates (minor and major) or is it a fee i must pay annually?
I am not interested for the support which i believe is for only one year.

The licence I believe is an annual one, but the non interest in support may not make a difference to the fact that you probably wouldn't get it updated after the licence runs out.
I'm pretty sure that will be the case although I'll double check that with the devs and confirm it for you one way or the other.
As I said re the annual renewal requirement of the pro license.
However, you could continue to use the last pro version you updated to after the license expires, but you would receive no further updates.
