I’m here with the same issue - further to the pop up coming up, it’s prompting me to upgrade to CCleaner pro - I have already upgraded to CCleaner pro. When I close the popup, it opens CCleaner and starts prompting me to run a scan - almost like it’s a new install. I check the settings and sure enough under “My subscription” it’s showing me on the free account and is asking me for a license key. It’s been so long that I don’t remember any key.
