Check the attached screenshot. A few months ago I had this issue after a CCleaner update, it just stopped cleaning things and only seemed to look into my recycle bin. Downloaded the latest version today and tried again and, again, only found what was in my recycle bin. Keep in mind I've not used CCleaner in months (because it stopped working properly) so it should have found more than 3 files in my recycle bin. Anyone else have this issue?
Apologies in advance if this was already talked about and fixed, feel free to simply link me to the solution if that is the case. Thanks!

Does it see anything else if you turn off secure file deletion? (you can turn it back on again if you want although 7 passes would be considered by many as overkill)
If you boot into safe mode and do an analyse do you get the same result?
Is your machine set up in the traditional way operating system on C\drive etc?
I'd start off with Hazelnut's suggestion of turning off secure deletion.
If that doesn't work there's a couple of other things to try (note that you will completely loose all of your CCleaner settings doing this):
1. Open CCleaner, and go into 'Options->Advanced', now click the 'Restore default settings' button.
2. If that Restore default settings didn't work you may need to do a fresh install of CCleaner to do this:
* Uninstall CCleaner.
* Restart Windows.
* Install CCleaner.
