I'm using Vista RTM Ultimate Edition(Build: 6000).
What I've noticed is, that CCleaner isn't cleaning the IE browsing history and don't know whatelse!
My question is, when will a fully functional version be released?

No but its pretty difficult to answer with anything other than 'It'll be ready when its ready'. CCleaner is constantly under development, the most recent version has (as stated on the homepage) "Improved Vista compatibility" and I'm sure the next release will be improved further. Remember Vista is new to the developers too so it may take a few releases to get it 100% compatible with Vista.
Form some reason I notice under IE 7 that not all the cookies are being listed to be saved or deleted. I had the same problem with IE 7 under Windows XP as now Windows Vista (Home Premium). Hopefully sometime soon everything will be working like it did under Win XP and IE 6. I wonder....under IE 7 or under Widows Vista that CCleaner is not getting full access to everything.

I agree too, the IE history is not cleared on Windows Vista (Business). I'm using the latest CCleaner (1.38.485). Hopyfully it will be fixed soon..
