CCleaner not removing Temp. Files

I've had this problem for a while, CCleaner doesn't delete the Temporary Files anymore, It finds them, but when it starts deleting it seems that it just ignores them.

I've just upgraded to the newest version of CCleaner and it spent some time scanning the Temporary Files but in the end it just ignored them. How can I fix this?
