ccleaner not cleaning other user folders

this would be a great feature especially on machines with 10-30 users.

often the temporary internet files get overlooked in documents and settings, even if logged in as an admin.

is there a way to scan all the folders?

None that I know of, but I'm not on the inner loop of what's upcoming. What you've suggested has been asked many times before, for several years now.
