seems to only clean some of the standard folders and the current user's folders but not folders of other users, even if on an admin account with access rights to those folders.
this is very important if your trying to clean up a pc with 10+ users.

Login as Admin. Make sure CCleaner is installed on that account. Put the other Users TEMP folders in INCLUDE.
