I’ve been using a Macbook and HP since 2020, Macbook pretty exclusively for the past two years. I purchased CCleaner in 2024 and renewed last November. But I’ve never been able to get the pro features to activate on the Mac. When I download through the link provided in the receipt email, I get a Windows-based program I can’t use. How can I fix this?
CCleaner keeps sending me links that download for Windows when I specifically ask for MacOS download
@Laurence_CCleaner can you point them to the Mac download or help if they accidentally bought the windows license
You should be able to get it here and insert the key. I don’t have a Mac so I don’t know the registration steps

You can register your license into CCleaner for Mac using the following steps:
Open CCleaner > click Insert License Key
Insert your license key in the Activation Code box
Click Activate
