Hi ive used the cleaner for years on different computers
for some reason it started hanging yesterday on avg files
so i updated to newest version
now it hangs on mozilla firefox files
you must of made a recent change to cause this problem
how do we fix it?
Its not the analyzis btw its just the cleaner
sounds like avg is protecting it files, my suggestion is to uncheck avg in ccleaner
re Mozilla, make sure all Mozilla programs are closed, use the processes tab in task manager and look for any Firefox, songbird plugin container or other such princesses.
also it looks from your picture that Mozilla cleans fine, that chrome doesn't so also make sure no chrome is hanging about in task manager
