I ran a registry scan and it went nicely, everything was okay, then I restarted my computer a couple hours after, and now my desktops gone, my backrounds changed to some trees in a desert(probably windows default) windows bar is reset, menu is reset, and my desktop is gone which had probably 15gbs of important stuff I needed and where I installed a couple of programs, I'm going to do a windows restore if I can go back to before I did this :C

Never ever clean everything a registry cleaner, even if it is a gentle cleaner like Ccleaner. Always use thoughtfulness and judicious observation of every individual possible issue.
