I was under the impression that CCleaner was supposed to clean out Java cache. On Windows 7, they are located at C:\users\username\appdata\locallow\sun\java\deployment\cache\6.0.

Hi vbgirl1420 Sorry it took so long for an answer. I have created a Winapp2.ini fix (see my signature for information on winapp2.ini). The problem here is that Sun stores the cache in a different place on windows 7 (and probably vista, but I'll need a vista tester for confirmation)
Inside of your winapp2.ini please place this code
[*Sun Java for Vista & 7]
ID=2094
LangSecRef=3022
DetectFile=%locallowappdata%\Sun\Java
Default=True
FileKey1=%locallowappdata%\Sun\Java\Deployment\cache\|*.*|RECURSE
FileKey2=%locallowappdata%\Sun\Java\Deployment\javaws\cache|*.*|RECURSE
