Why do I get this every morning for the past 5 days? “CCleaner is still busy with something else”!

Please could you let me know what version of CCleaner you are using?
You can see this by going to Settings> Updates from the Left hand panel in CCleaner.
If you are not on V7.4, please update and let me know if this resolves the issue for you?
