Ccleaner interenet access on startup

With auto updates unchecked - why does ccleaner 5.0 always want to access the interent on startup? This never occured until I installed 5.0.

What new needs to be uncheck - I have looked but cannot find another option to uncheck - ALL monitoring if OFF (unchecked).

Can you help?

The IP it wants is 23.235.39.175.443 or 23.235.46.175.443

That IP address seems to be for Fastly a CDN network.

Perhaps it is the one Piriform uses.
