I know this list are abit excessive, but it cleanups allot useless junk.

UpdatusUser Temporary Internet Files folder fills up whenever it Windows does a background update check.

NetworkService & LocalService folders fill up junk seems like at random.

Did you know every Windows Update includes a EULA.txt file?

Plus, who ever reads a Readme.txt or License.txt file anymore?

[Thumbs.db*]

CCleaner just won't let you operate it in such a manner!

Also if it worked, but won't your cleaning routines would bring CCleaner to a turtles pace recursively scanning all folders for files you don't want.

You'll need another tool to recursively scan a whole system for junk files using a file mask, such as "Thumbs.db", "EULA.txt", etc.

Do note:

With some software if you remove EULA.txt or License.txt they'll refuse to operate!
