Ccleaner identifying problem, but not fixing it

I use Ccleaner after each session, online. Now, after one "Avast" (anti-virus) update a few weeks ago, Ccleaner listed 4 "ActiveX/COM" Issue listings (each with an "HKCR\CLSID") and one "Invalid File Reference" (showing "HKLM\SYSTEM") - all mentioning "Avast" in their titles.

I have run Ccleaner many times and it says if fixed these issues, but each time I run it - the issues are still there.

What can I do to eliminate these?

You may not be able to eliminate them as Avast may be protecting them.

Just exclude them from cleaning via right-click on item in list and select Add to Exclude List.
