Please help, I want to cancel my trial subscription, but I don’t have access to my account. I entered the wrong email address and I didn’t receive any information. They tried to charge my card on 10/05/2025 at 10:50 AM on behalf of CCleaner. The last 4 numbers on my card are {redacted}
Ummm i’ve done you the favor of removing personal information that you posted on a public site. Even though it’s the last four numbers which can be seen on any receipt, crafty individuals, in the wild, can put your email (or username) and last four and get details about you from variety of places. Share that detail when you contact support, not in public 
Because you used the wrong email address then you will need to contact support to cancel your subscription and/or get the email address that you registered corrected.

Once you submit the form you will be given a support ticket/ID number onscreen, with a sumary of your request.
Below that there is a button to go straight into the ‘Live Chat’ where a virtual assistant will try to help you. If the VA can’t help then you will be passed to a real person.
