Ccleaner get stuck on safe cleaning temp files

I recently updated to Ccleaner 4.00.4064 and since then Ccleaner gets stuck on files located in my temp folder! This happens regardless wheter I open ccleaner with admin rights and regardless of my internet security software is turned on, but it does not happen when safe deletion is turned off. It happens on both my w7 64bit and w7 32 bit machine.

When it happens I can't stop or close ccleaner, and also trying to open another program, the taskmanager or even shutting down / rebooting windows does not respond at all. The only way to restart my computer is by turning it off with the button, and very rapidly closing ccleaner when it starts automatically. If I remove the files from my temp folder myself Ccleaner gets stuck on trying to empty the recycle bin. Only if I remove those files by hand and also out of the bin does Ccleaner work normally, or when turning safe deletion off.

I hope this info might help in finding what causes this issue and fixing it!

I can confirm the Recycle Bin bug with the secure deletion enabled (doesn't matter if it's 1-Pass, 3-Pass, etc). For me it happens very randomly/rarely and isn't easy for me to reproduce, and never once produces any error log that would be helpful to post on the forum for the bug fixers.

Is it happening repeatedly on your system, or randomly/rarely? And if so, does it produce any error log or dialog you could post?

It happens very often, unless I manually delete the temp files and also empty the bin, then Ccleaner will run normal in secure deletion mode! It doesnt give an error log as the whole computer gets unresponsive. The problem also occures before the files are in the recycle bin and as far as I have seen only files in the user's temp folder cause the problem!
