Buonasera a tutti,

in Windows 10 1909 home 64 bit non funziona Controllo integrità. Cosa posso fare? Inoltre i file doppi è meglio mantenerli su Program Files, ProgramData o in entrambi i percorsi?

You should not remove duplicate files from either of those locations, those duplicates may be needed and removing them could cause some apps or even your whole computer to stop working properly.

Only remove duplicates of your own files - photos, music, documents, etc.

I'm not sure what you mean by 'Integrity Check'?

Grazie per la risposta esauriente sui file duplicati.

"Controllo integrità" è la nuova app di CCleaner Free. In inglese credo si chiami "Integrity Check". Appena installata ha funzionato una sola volta, poi basta. Da cosa potrebbe dipendere?

I think that "Integrity Check" is a Google translation of what in English is called "Health Check".

If a new install of CCleaner only worked once that that is probably your anti-virus that is stopping it running again. 

Others have had the same problem and updating their anti-virus cured it.

Some AV's need specific update steps so what anti-virus are you using?

sto usando Malwarebits 4.1.0.56 a pagamento oltre a quello gratuito della Microsoft. Cosa mi dici?

Grazie anche a Dave CCleaner per la precisazione e il prospetto.

Malwarebytes is now at version 4.1.2.73, component package 1.0.972 - you may want to 'Check for Updates' when you next use it to make sure that you have the latest version. 

Settings&gt;general&gt;'Check for Updates'


(Or you may want to turn on Automatic updates?).

MB4 can sometimes have problems with blocking other applications if 'Ransomware Protection' is on.

Try turning off 'Ransomware Protection' in Malwarebytes and see if CCleaner/Health Check will run then.

If not try turning off the others one at a time to see if one in particular may be blocking CCleaner.
