[Early cancellation of the subscription renewal (free trial).]
I activated the free trial of CCleaner and wanted to cancel it well in advance. I followed the instructions on my account, but the application does not allow me to start the cancellation process. I still have time to avoid the automatic renewal, but I would like to avoid running into issues like this. What do you recommend I do?
Do you have any official advice about how trials can/should be cancelled before a payment is taken and a subscription actually set up?
PS. I’m looking for something more meaningful and simpler than just “raise a support ticket”.

All automatic renewals, including trials, can be canceled using the CCleaner subscription management portal.
