What the title says... I've already tried ticking and unticking the Google Play icon on the customize analysis window but the app still doesn't detect my search history.
Using an Galaxy S3 here Android O.S is 4.4.2.

Forgot to mention that I'm using the latest Google Play Store (5.0.31)
You can clean that manually, however, I think they should add a link to do so in the manual clean section of Ccleaner.
Hi qwerty, this issue is caused by changes in the newer Android APIs. These changes mean that the Play Search History cannot be read by CCleaner. Devs are looking for alternative ways to access this information to continue supporting Play Store cleaning, unfortunately the limitations applied by the OS are not easy to overcome.
