Ccleaner error "the product is forbidden to use in your place of stay"

I'm tired with this error. I'm not in Iran. I have a dynamic address and off/on and on the Internet does not help...

As from your IP you appear to be in Kiev then I would suspect that the current conflict, and resulting sanctions on Russia, may have something to do with any issues that you are seeing.

Try disconecting from the internet before opening CCleaner.

Other than that I suggest that you send an email to the Support team letting them know you are being blocked from running CCleaner:

My apologies, that spelling is still in common usage internationally.

It does take time for such name changes to percolate through internationally, like Bombay changing to Mumbai.
