when I do ccleaner in registry analyze with optiion activeX and Type Librairies selected I always getting blue screen of death with error 0x00000050
I did search on google, update driver of graphic card... same thing
IN SAFE MODE EVERYTHING goes well - no error !!!

What is your video card? (can be seen under the ccleaner logo along with your specs when you open ccleaner)
In safe mode a minimal set of drivers are loaded by windows which is why you would experience no problem then.

I own 3 PC and install ccleaner on all my friends PC ; and never get that error ( or anyone else )...
I just tried to check integrity of file in XP with sfc /scanow , retry and same B.S.O.D. ...

The registry was corrupted... I just defrag it with IOLO system mechanic and now I can use ccleaner without problem
