I keep having to log back into my Netflix Windows 10 app and I think ccleaner is what's wiping out the login.
Does anyone know what I would have to uncheck in the custom cleanup in order to stop this from happening?
Thanks.

Try Custom Clean : Uncheck Cookies.
More targeted than that,
After using netflix open CCleaner and go to Options>Cookies.
Look in the list on the left 'cookies on computer' for anything netflix, click them one by one and use the arrows in the middle to move them into 'cookies to keep'. (Or you could right click to do the same).
Doing it that way means you can still clean other cookies but leave the netflix ones alone.
Projecting the cookies seems to have done it. Thanks.
I was concerned for a bit that all the Netflix-related cookies that showed up had a Chrome icon next to them, and I was trying to find the cookies for the W10 UWP app. Does that app run on Chromium or something?
A UWP app could be anything, written by anybody.
It's simply any app that has been written/designed to run on any device that uses Windows 10.
They are usually written using Visual Studio.
