CCleaner Erases All Safari Bookmarks' Picture Icon

I need a help for how to set CCleaner for not to erases all my Safari Bookmark picture icon (thumb pictures). Therefore, I have reopen all my bookmark every time after running CCleaner in order to get bookmark icon back to Safari bookmarks. However, CCleaner does not erases my bookmark icons from Chrome.

I am using Mac Air with OX Lion. Thank you for helping my problem.

Update: I was told that I can uncheck "Thumbnail Cache" located on the "Windows" tab via CCleaner for my issue.

However, the CCleaner ver. 1.02.115 for Mac OX, there is no "Thumbnail cache" located on the "Windows" tab via CCleaner for Mac OX version.

So, please someone can help me for my issue? Thank you again.
