CCleaner doesn't clean temp

Hi,

First off all, I want to apolligized for my bad english.

We, that is the HJT team off oplossing.be, encounter a problem with CCleaner.

It doesn't clean up the c:\windows\temp file :huh:

This is a problem for us, because we recommend this tool to our members as part of a sollution.

We did a test with Windows 98 and placed 10 items in this folder, than we ran CCleaner.

As You can see, it didn' remove any of them.

The same problem occurs with Windows XP Home.

Can You please tell us, wat is the matter here and (more important) how we can solve this?

Try this (I have no ideal if this is the cause or not):

1. Run CCleaner.

2. Click Options.

3. Click Advanced.

4. Untick: Only delete files in Windows Temp Folders older than 48 hours.

5. Repeat your test.
