CCleaner does not clear Windows Log Files

I am using CCleaner Free v5.23.5808 and when executed it shows

that 2 files were cleaned but when I execute it again it shows the same two files.

The files are:

C:\Users\***\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\WebCache\V01.log

C:\Users\***\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\WebCache\V01tmp.log

It continues to show these two files no matter how many times I execute CCleaner.

Is this a bug?

Devs are aware of this issue and will no doubt be working on a fix :)
