Have used Ccleaner forever. In the last month, Chrome passwords on multiple computers are being deleted, even though "Saved passwords" is unchecked. Other browsers not affected. Tried toggling setting to no effect.
When you say that passwords are being deleted do you actually mean that you are being logged out of websites?
I ask because we often get a post saying that saved passwords have been deleted when they haven't been. It's a missunderstanding.
On further investigation the saved passwords are still there, the user is simply cleaning the browser session and so being logged out of websites.
If you are being logged out of websites, but don't want to be logged out of them, then untick 'Session' for Chrome so that the session doesn't get cleared.
Are you using the CCleaner extension Winapp2.ini? If yes, please uncheck the [Chromium Cookies *] entry, because it has a bug in the current version.

Thanks @APMichael I'd forgotten about that bug in Winapp2. (well TBH I'd thought that it had been fixed).
After running CCleaner, Password Manager is empty. But there is no record in report of deleting it
Tried unselecting sessions and autofill data but made no difference.
Your screenshot shows that you are using the Winapp2.ini extension.
Therefore please read my previous post:
JFYI: The problem should no longer occur with the latest Winapp2.ini version 230719.
